Skin Lightening | How To Get Rid Of Sun Tan & Age Spots

Wouldn’t that manicure look even more fabulous if your hands were silky smooth? Our hands are one of our most widely used body parts, meaning that they take the brunt of the work.

When exposed to the elements and physical labor, they can become dry, cracked, peeled, rough, and just plain worn.

Just taking a look at your hands can tell a lot about you, your health, and your lifestyle – even our age. That is why it’s so important to take good care of your hands.

But if your hands are starting to age you, try this homemade skin brightening beauty mask for your hands or face to give them the pampering that they need.

It hydrates and lightens while exfoliating the top layers of the skin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave nectar
  • juice of a half wedge of lemon

③ Apply the mixture on your skin or any affected area. Gently rub it to exfoliate the top layer of your skin for about 2 minutes. You can use this mixture on your face, neck, and body as well.
When done, just rinse it off with lukewarm water and apply your favorite moisturizer. Do this routine 2 or 3 times a week for best results.

Tip:

This mixture can do wonders on your face as well. Do this routine at night as lemon juice can make your skin photosensitive to sunlight, so make sure to protect your skin with sunscreen when spending time outdoors.

Do not wait; the time will never be ‘just right.’ Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.
