Step 1
Find the Thyroid Gland
① The first area to do the massage is the Thyroid Gland which is the fleshy area of the ball of the foot. Press that part and do some small circle massage with your thumb.
The Thyroid is an endocrine gland that can help with weight issue.
Just focus on this area and you can go neither in opposite direction. And you can hold it with firm pressure right in the ball of the foot.

Step 2
The Stomach Glands
② Next, move to the area of the stomach which is about right in the center of the foot. It comes in an oval shape over to the inner arch right in the center of the foot.
You need to apply firm pressure, pressing here is actually the fat thing of the stomach area. This helps with digestion and any stomach issues that you might have.
Then moving down a little bit in the center of the foot is the reflex area to the colon as well as the bladder and the kidney.
So, if you press right on that spot, you’re working on the entire area which helps with processing and elimination. And that could really help with weight loss.

Step 3
Colon, Bladder and Kidney Points
③ Down a little at the center of the foot, is the reflex area to the colon, as well as the bladder and the kidney. So when you press these points, you’re working with entire areas which help with processing and elimination that could really help with weight loss.
Press firmly and apply pressure when doing circle massage. This is the area for the colon, bladder and kidneys. So, by pressing this point on each foot, you’re actually affecting the part of the body and clearing the energy pathway.

Step 4
Hand ReflexologyYou can do this hand reflexology massage anywhere, like sitting on a chair, or driving even while watching TV. This is so relaxing.
Area to the Thyroid
④ Take one thumb and place it on the fleshy part just below your thumb. This is the reflex area to the Thyroid.
You need a firm press pressure and make small circles. You can go on one direction about 5 seconds and then switch direction. Repeat as Needed.
Step 5
Area to the Stomach, Colon, Bladder and Kidney
⑤ Then, let’s move to the reflex area to the stomach. Just right halfway between the index finger & the thumb finger.
And right this V area of the palm, make small circles with your thumb. Again apply firm pressure, moving down all the way around the V area.
We are working on the stomach, and then slowly moving into the center and lower part of the palm. Make small circles or you can go in different direction.
This is the area to the colon, the small intestines, the bladder and the kidney. This will help with the elimination and digestion, getting all toxins out of your body.
Step 6
Area to the Liver
⑥ Now, go to the side area of the palm and press firmly in circles. This is the reflex area to the liver. Pressing this point can help with detoxification.
After you’ve done this, you can switch to the other hand and do the same process.
